The sadness of Harald's passing is felt throughout dormakaba. I had the great privilege of working with and speaking with Harald many times. During each of our conversations, Harald kept things light and fun. Harald's looks towards things, while professional, were honest and meaningful.
I am certain the pain felt by the Neef family and Harald's closest friends is immense. Please take comfort in knowing that Harald was loved by many and that a day will come when we will meet with Harald again. Our conversations will restart where they left off.
